ONE NIGHT ONLY!

A smart, high-energy evening of comedy that turns the ups and downs of relationships into irresistibly funny, deeply human storytelling.

Cape May Stage presents the hit comedy show Married, Single, and a Baby for one unforgettable night of laughter on Sunday, September 27.

Married, Single, and a Baby is a smart, relatable comedy show that dives headfirst into the chaos of modern relationships — from the quirks of married life to the surprises of parenthood and the freedom (and confusion) of being single. With sharp observations and heartfelt humor, the show explores how love evolves, expectations collide, and family redefines everything.

Told through a series of laugh-out-loud stories, rapid-fire exchanges, and painfully honest confessions, this show captures the absurdities of date nights gone wrong, sleepless nights with a newborn, and the delicate negotiations of partnership. It’s an evening of comedy that feels both personal and universal — filled with the kind of moments audiences will recognize instantly and remember long after the curtain falls.

Comic/Producer Joe Bublewicz is a 25+ year veteran of the stand up comedy circuit sharing the stage with comics like Sebastian Maniscalco, Jon Lovitz, Gilbert Gottfried and Ray Romano just to name a few. After getting married for the first time at the ripe old age of 55 he came up with the idea of developing a show about the trials and tribulations of marriage, being single and raising kids. His comedic blend of sarcasm and sardonic wit leaves just the right formula for a hilarious stand-up performance Joe is joined with his longtime comedy friends, Vanessa Hollingshead and Chris Monty. It’s a great night out that will leave you realizing you’re not alone in this crazy world of relationships.

Longtime comic veteran Vanessa Hollingshead hits the stage with her hilarious take on being single in todays social media craze. She filmed the groundbreaking Showtime special, Funny Women of a Certain Age, hosted by Fran Drescher along with Marc Maron’s WTF podcast and Montreal’s Just for Laughs Comedy Festival just to name a few. Her insatiable love for comedy and the great chemistry that she brings to the table along with Joe and Chris makes it a great night of laughter

With over 25 years of stand-up comedy and television under his belt, Chris Monty continues to delight audiences worldwide. His latest high profile projects include his stand-up comedy special titled “What’s the Worst That Could Happen” (Amazon Prime) & his “Drybar” comedy special “Just Be Happy.”

Chris is honored and proud to be a part of “Married, Single, and a Baby” a new stand-up comedy show touring theaters in North America. He’s excited to work alongside his longtime friends and veteran comedians Joe Bublewicz and Vanessa Hollingshead. Chris pokes fun at the fact of getting married later in life and starting a family as an “older dad”. In his stand-up, Chris Monty channels a refreshing and unique style of the 1960’s cool funnyman mixed with a modern chic. His unique take on current topics and storytelling are reminiscent of the comics that would keep The Rat Pack in stitches for weeks. He spans generations in that older crowds love his his cool, retro style and younger crowds see a cadence that they haven’t seen on stage. It is truly something unique to experience.
